How is fujistu wrt to culture and other benefits?

Anyone familiar with the culture of working at ADIA and how they run their transactions ? Is it very team based ? Do you expect they would be very intense working culture vs someone used to NY transaction work?

4. Culture in the IP group, specifically patent prosecution

Is it a good decision to switch from PwC to Mindtree as Guidewire Business Analyst? They are offering 13 lpa for 2 YOE.

And how is the work culture?

If I've maxed out my TFSA, should I continue investing through an RRSP or a personal investment account?

For context, I also have a good pension. My main concern is that while the RRSP will be nice to lower my taxable income now, I'm worried when I retire I'll have to withdraw too much from both the RRSP and pension. Thoughts?

I love my job and the company that I've been working on for a year. My boss is great and the culture is very product focused. There's been tremendous learning for which I'm very grateful.
The only sticking point is that my compensation increase this year was 4% which isn't ideal since inflation has been so high it feels like a pay cut. I know I should change my job and to get ahead of the market. But it sucks to change jobs where I've enjoyed working so much and getting to learn a lot too.

Any Deloitte Moms out there use the $3k emergency childcare as part of the “Deloitte Cares” initiative? I just returned from maternity leave and submitted the expense with the rationale I couldn’t get an Au pair..not sure it will be approved or not. Shooters gotta shoot, right?
