I’d say I have a great work/life balance but I do know that I could be making 20-30% more and have better benefits if I left. I also feel a bit stagnant in my job but the job security has kept me put. Would love to hear if leaving a comfortable job for more money is always worth it.

Just want to get some advice….I’ve been with my company for 6 years. Our company split into two divisions and brought on a senior manager and a director. Both are not at all knowledgeable with what our department does. In the last two years they have been here…our scores from our teams surveys have dropped over 50% YOY.
