How is the bench Situation as I am having a 12 yr exp dotnet full stack? Please anyone update here

Hi, just wondering how the staffing situation has been in strategy consulting in general? My sibling started a job in strategy in Silicon Valley 2 months ago after MBA. She has been on the bench for 2 months and was informed that there has been a shortage of jobs (within the job) and the amount of people on the bench is getting high. Recently I have completed probation in Accenture, and got offer from HCL, Is there any chance to revise the package? because I have completed only 6 months in Accenture, If I compare CTC of both there is huge difference it's round 10 lacs, HCL offering 60 per hike.
