Really hoping to avoid judgment on this post. Has anyone had to sign up for government or state assistance after becoming unemployed? Was the process difficult? Recently received feedback that I’m too “transactional”. I take on my tasks, get them done, and take on new ones without ever enjoying the “little things”. Basically I’m a machine but don’t show enough emotion. Can anyone relate and/or coach me how to resolve this?

Had my 2nd round with BCG this morning for experienced hire and don’t feel like the cases were perfect, have to wait until M/Tu to hear. Likelihood of getting the offer without absolutely crushing the cases? Felt like I did a great job walking interviewers through my logic but I feel like it could have been better.
