Anyone have any experience of how technical an interview with Baringa Technology Transformation is? I have a delivery background, and specifically extensive experience in Testing and Agile Delivery but I would not say I am a deeply technical person so I'm a bit concerned about what to expect

I have given interview in LTI on 20th August which was pull campus so L1,L2 and HR all three rounds over on same day and I was told in HR round only that you are Final Selected. I got documents submission mil on 22nd August and I submitted it, But till now(2nd September) I have not got any mail for offer letter. How much time it will still? Can anyone help me on this?

Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I worked as a mortgage loan officer (which is sales) for 2 years after college, but since mortgage is such a niche industry, no hard skills transfer and have no relevant undergrad internships unfortunately. I know I can essentially get any sales job I want in finance IE: financial advisor etc. but don’t want to be stuck in sales forever. Any advice?

Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I’m a junior litigation lawyer based in Windsor looking to lateral to corporate big law. I have been doing commercial litigation, tax litigation, and tax planning.
