Hi Fishes I have been interviewing with Microsoft for the role of Product Manager done with 4 rounds.

I reached out to the HR Team they mentioned, role is on hold along with many other roles

Rather than not showing up on the date of joining? Can you please guide me? How do I let them know? My talent coach is not reachable

Job security - unless you're on bench or its your performance issue, job security isn't a question
WLB - depends on the account. Typically some accounts are very hectic. Pharma practice is good, yet growing. As they're growing a lot of practices are still figuring their ways out and setting up ways of right working.
Work culture - similar to WLB
Client interviews - depends if the account is a core one. If yes, there are roles where the client wants to cherry pick resources. Check with the HR once.
PS: opinions based on what I hear from friends and peers; core employees working here can add more and better.
