It has been impossible to build a good relationship with my manager, he isn’t transparent with me and never provides any constructive feedback so I have no idea how I’m performing. Coming to the constructors, it's seriously impressive Mercedes was able to pull it off again after being so far off in testing. One interesting tidbit that came out this week- Mercedes didn't use ANY tokens this year. It's been basically confirmed they had a huge upgrade for a new nose on the car, but it failed FIA crash tests and the team was left scrambling. Massive credit to them for winning in a year where it seemed they wouldn't have the pace.
