Hi Fishes, Is it possible to process h1b as cap exempt if I had worked on USA in h1b status for few months and if the visa is expired now, once I join a new employer.

I’m my partners only associate and I went on parental leave two weeks ago. I feel horrible for leaving him to handle our cases alone, but am trying to focus on my wife and new baby. However, firm X’s offer validity about to run out. Would you: (1) accept X’s offer now but rescind later if Y converts (2) ask X for additional time to decide (they’re “prestigious” and may not offer additional time...) (3) Play straight, decline X and hope Y converts (4) any other creative ideas ...???

I’m in FDD… I know I signed up for this but there’s something about the anxiety that comes on a Friday knowing that we still didn’t get access to VDR .. and how that anxiety grows as you enter the long weekend knowing that access can happen at any minute (or not) and you have to tippy-toe on the idea of potentially cancelling on your memorial weekend plans. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.

Worse they say We'll check or get back to you. But never come back. Luckily I got selected into a tier-1 company and their Recruiter ignored me once 😂. I am gonna personally meet that recruiter on Day1.
