How long do you need to be at a new job before it benefits your resume? I changed industries and took the equivalent of a promotion or two to do so. The question is effectively “how long do you need to be at a new role before that’s who you are, rather than whoever you were before your current role.” I imagine it depends on a number of factors, but asking in general. Not looking to change jobs and am simply curious as I was in the same industry and company for the first 5 years of my career.

Why can't a placement agent combine or integrate the offering of interests in the sponsor's fund with the contemporaneous offering of interests in another fund? Hi fishes, in a dilemma....switched to a Big4 from MNC(almost 7 years of exp) in April 2020. The pay was normalised at 15.5LPA. Will get the package revised next month to 16.25 LPA. Now Deloitte has approached, so can I ask for 30%pay hike considering the switch will happen after completing almost 11-12 months in my current organization or can I ask for more than 30%, depending if I get a senior consultant or manager role? Also will the switch within a year have any negative impact?
