How long does it generally take to go through the KPMG interview process from start to finish as an experienced hire? I have a buddy being considered for a position but not sure how long the process generally takes (I’m sure it varies but generally speaking). Thanks for any input.

Graduated in 2020, wanted to be a graphic designer, took a job at a startup in a social media role. The boss called me the "r" word for not handling entire 13-ish accounts roster well by myself. I quit. Found a role as social media specialist. Realized (again) that I hate social media. Moved to in-house mktg manager, only to be a glorified graphic designer / someone to call the city to cut down trees. I job hopped too much, I feel my portfolio is empty. How do I restart again? I feel defeated.
