McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!
If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.

Being a realist, this will never happen. Firms are heavily invested in their current office infrastructure (which is fixed), and so to add onto your personal homes wouldn’t be financially feasible.
My firm won’t even pay for our cell phones...
At PwC, we didn’t even get raises this year.... I don’t think Tim Ryan is going to pass-on any reduced real estate / overhead costs to the staff.
I'm surprised my firm did - mid size national firm. $25/mo since March. Not sure how long this will last - probably till end of 2020.
