Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

I would definitely send another email. I would also probably bring it up in person. It is easy for them to act like they never got your email and just ignore it.
Emails can get lost or ignored, conveniently or not. You should probably schedule a meeting with your manager to talk about the situation. If you've been there going on a year and a half you're due for an evaluation and a raise. Be prepared to show how you are a strong performer and you're worth more to the organization now than you were when you walked in.

doesnt hurt to send another email. I dont think there is a set guideline on how long to wait for these types of situations. trust your gut instincts
No answer is the answer..that they don't intend to give one. Have you had your performance eval? If so, send another email to your boss and the HR person. If you haven't had your performance eval yet, email and ask for one. Whichever email you send make sure to ask for a specific time frame you can expect an answer. The least they can do is answer you.
