Congni consulting - 20 lpa gurgaon (more rent)
Ameriprise - 18.3 +1.5 jb (not considering this cuz not as per my domian)

Iris - in talks 19 fixed probably similar to cogni.

Looking to chane in top investment bank in next switch , other that that job security is concern.
Any suggestions which I go ey or cogni? Ey may or may not match the offer

Capital gains tax rate - I know there are diff rates (0/15/20) depending on income threshold but is the threshold based solely on “earned income” (i.e., wage)? I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus).
