Only with junior and middleweight teams. A lot of them don't know how to develop their ideas into actual ads. I remember I would spend days (even weeks) perfecting an idea, headline or copy when I was a junior. Now everything needs to be done yesterday and there's hardly any time for the teams to keep on going, until they strike gold.

Doctor rec’s? I was in DC before and I used to go to Whitman Walker, an LGBT focused primary care clinic, clean, efficient and friendly, and they understood the LGBT needs, like PrEP, very well, which is mainly what I need from my PCP. Is there such a thing in NYC?
