How many days did it take for HR to contact you after the second-round interview?

What do we think about these culture assessments? I don't understand how they get value from You have never wanted to "tell someone off" AGREE or DISAGREE or Would you rather Make Art or Go out to a social setting There has to be some kind of Jedi mind tricks right. I mean who would say I have never in my life wanted to tell someone off. Are they looking for honesty? Any HR people who can tell us what the "grades" look like? Do they need you to be in a range so they can consider hiring?

I stand firm on not wasting my time applying for a job that doesn't post the salary with the job description, anyone else do this? I had interviewed externally for a role on par w the internal roles, at a smaller and less established company. They confirmed +20% was in their range

How do I push back on my company if they offer less than that, if I do want one of those roles? Without a pay scale, what is the best way to approach?

I just had two of the weirdest interview. I was interviewing for a payroll systems mgmt role and the first guy was a finance mgr and he didn't ask me anything. I basically interviewed him. The 2nd interviewer was the hr systems lead. She had read my resume and was super weirded out that my current role is the same as hers. I think she thought I was interviewing to replace her. She kept asking me what I would be doing. Like dude, do you not know why you are even interviewing me? Hard pass.
