I have been trying to crack Deloitte for a position in brand marketing and communication. However my resume does not get selected and I am getting an auto generated email that my application is rejected.

How long were you a senior in FDD before things started to click? Really enjoying everything so far but feel like I am behind my peers. Been about 7 months now.

Looking to potentially make a switch but have heard different things across the board, including seeing that most of the job postings for senior roles in these groups are tagged to offices and don’t say remote.

Has anyone found groups in FDD that have better hours than others? If so, what group, how did you do it, and how do you stay? I’ve heard that there are groups that do IPOs in FDD that work less, although I’ve never seen an IPO group.
