One of my friends works as a Director in Nagarro. She has been there for 7 years and has a CTC of 42 with total yoe 17. Per current trend this is low even though she is a constant top performer. She says that even though delivery people play a pivotal role, they are not paid well. In her team, she sees technical people earning 45-50 at 10-11 yoe. So the factor is 2.5 for delivery vs 4.5 to 5 for technical roles. Per her, this is quite common in Nagarro & she is not an outlier. ctd in comments

Just did an online quote with Progressive, and for identical coverages it was $200 less, BUT their homeowners was about $500 more so total cost worse. Geico comes in higher too.

I tried counting my calories while on this trip. My lunch was basically my whole day’s worth of calories and I barely finished 2/3rd of it 🙃 man I HATE calorie counting. Can someone pls tell me what's wrong with the HR these days. At the time of interview they agree to your expecting compensation and after you clear the interview and submit all the documents, they give wierd reasons for negotiations and stresses you out.
Like what is wrong with them, so illogical reasons to negotiate with your compensation.

I am a Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of experience, my current CTC is around 9.5lpa.

I have 3 offers in hand from KPMG, IBM and PWC .. All are providing compensation in the same range.. around 50% hike on fixed part!
