Agree w C1. I find I push for takeout more often because the effort requires to cook and do dishes, but never felt like I couldn’t eat enough.
Give yourself some grace. With a new kid it’s just about surviving.
Can you give some more insight into what your situation is? I've certainly not eaten the healthiest as a dad, but eating enough is a bigger problem. What's up?
meal prep on weekends... Pick from freezer into oven during the week..add is other easy to prep meals and healthy fruit and nuts.. u should be ok?

I’ve never not eaten enough in my life. Dad bods usually follow the eat too much train. My wife on the other hand does this all the time
I do find myself having protein shakes etc after the gym instead of a more balanced breakfast and then likely ordering another meal because I haven’t planned well enough and am short on time with work. So it definitely takes a little more thought for me if I want to eat better.
I have the opposite problem. Find myself stress eating and/or chomping on junk food between meetings because I don’t have enough time to make a real lunch
OP I have the same problem/situation. I started making some calorie and protein dense breakfast bars that I eat throughout the day in addition to normal meals
