How many of you work remotely vs work at the office? It seems illogical for some employers to insist on bringing employees back to the office full-time. Why would you impose a timely and costly commute upon someone to have exactly the same workday they would have had from home? What are your thoughts about this considering the work in this field?

I was under the assumption that Nagarro is offering permanent work from home opportunity. During HR discussion when I asked about it, the HR said it is specific to projects and if the client is fine with your wfh you can take it. What's the scenario guys?
