I have two... One is broken and I just haven't gotten around to throwing it out. The other I bought bc the first one broke....
1 carry on - and have been using it for the past 15 years!
Tumi. It’s lasted weekly travel the entire time. Worth the $600 given the longevity and durability
A lot, but we are a family of 4 and travel a ton.
I didn’t even count my spouse’s luggage. They are military and have a little of everything.
I’m just curious since many of us travel a lot and since I just picked up my 3rd carry-on because I like switching luggage. I have 3 larger pieces for checking in depending on the trip. Two weekender bags and my Tumi backpack for laptop travel. Mainly Samsonite and Delsey.
Two carry ons, one medium suitcase, one large suitcase. Family of 3.
I have 3 carry ons.
- 20 inch Samsonite
- 22 inch Rimowa
- 18 inch Olympia
My fave is the Olympia. Ensures I don’t over pack and is perfect for 2-5 days for my weekly commuting travels
Plus I have 2 smaller 14-15 inch backpacks I alternate:
- Michael Kors solid black
- Ted Baker (spring colors)
Just depends on my mood. But helps me be smart about packing.
1 away carry on
1 tumi backpack
1 briefcase (for summer)
1 large international check bag
2 Briggs Riley (one for me and one for my wife) as our primary bags and several other random pieces we use depending on where and how long we are gone
Between my husband and I:
* 3 Tumi rollaboards
* 1 TravelPro rollaboard
* 2 TravelPro medium suitcases (identical with four caster wheels)
* 1 Delsey large hardside suitcase (with four caster wheels)
* 2 Tumi backpacks
* 1 Tumi laptop tote
* 2 Coach briefcases
* 2 Coach laptop totes
Or we just add pieces when we catch them at outlets or line switchovers. Some of these are 20 years old. The Coach pieces date back to when laptops were twice the size of today’s (and carry-on restrictions weren’t what they are now).
Two tumi carry on, one samsonite international carry on, two rimowa aluminum carry on, one rimowa salsa check in. One tumi back pack, two tumi duffle, and a whole lotta bags. It’s both fashion and functionality. Rimowa for Asia and EU and samsonite and tumi in the States.
Yep. Fit in with the local business travelers and plane overhead. The number of times the attendants look at my tumi and tried to get me to check it in got on my nerves. Baggage discrimination is real 😂
Just got Bric’s. But also have Tumi one that I use when I need to carry suits and Traveler’s Choice for everyday use.
I have 3 carry ons, 3 checked luggage.
2 large checked suitcases (LL Bean rolling duffle & Ricardo spinner)
1 medium checked suitcase (Ricardo spinner)
3 carryon suitcases (Ricardo spinner & Away regular carryon)
4 small underseat suitcases (Ricardo spinner, Away kid's size, & Samsonite 2 wheeler)
...all just for me :)
I leave 1 carryon at hotel and travel with 1-2 other carryons at any given time (1 small for short weeks, 1 small or large for 2 weeks, 2 together for 3+ weeks). Some are soft side while other are hard shell carryons.
