I am currently working with one of the Big 3 Credit Rating organization's. I have total 4.11 YOE. My current role is related to Quality Assurance, Risk Assessment and Mitigation related to Credit Ratings.
I have received a job offer from Randstad India for Risk Management profile (CTC 11.5) and Oak North for Credit Risk Regulatory profile (CTC 10.68).

I would like to know your thoughts which company is better in terms of overall benifits (Money, Work Life Balance, Leaves etc)?

I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess. Recently I saw a colleague at VOISS got promoted to Deputy General Manager position ( don't want to disclose gender, as it will attract noise). So that person started as a fresher in 2015 and after 2018 every year got promoted from Assistant Manager to DM to SM to DGM. I have worked there and have seen people crying to get promoted even after 5 years in a role and being exceptional. For what I know about this organisation its full of dirty politics and Manager bootlicking (gender favorism).
