I've heard that last year was rough but in general its good. Is that true?

I'm joining next month. Can i expect an annual hike of 10℅+ and bonus > 10℅ (which is target VP at my rank, 42) going forward?? Or is this unrealistic?

I know that it comes down to individual performance and other business factors. But still, could you all pls advise me so that i can know what to expect.

Feeling bit scared after closing on first home, yet to be recorded in registry and receiving keys, please advise few ‘To Do(s)’ before moving or just after moving immediately, it’s a new construction in Boston suburbs.
