Hey everyone. I am not an ADHD consultant, but mom to a 6 year old who is very likely ADHD (we will be starting the diagnosis process soon). I wanted to hear from anyone who was also diagnosed as a young kid on any advice you have for me? Knowing what you do now, would you recommend meds for a 6 year old (if it comes to that)? What other solutions/therapies can I use with my kid? Please, any advice is welcome!

For those of you in consulting/finance/high intensity jobs, what medication do you use for anxiety? Currently using a beta blocker as I’m afraid anything more will cause cognitive impacts.

It’s looking like my job is gonna start asking us to return to the office. We have an open office plan and before we wfh FT I would save all my work for my telework days bc I can’t get shit done in the office. I’m having major anxiety about them making this decision. Does anyone feel like they don’t want to go back to normal? On the one hand, absolutely I want to. I miss seeing friends, dressing up, going out, and traveling for work. I have joined wipro on 31st Jan 2022 so as per 6 month calculation my probation period will end on 31st July 2022.

If before 31st July I am putting down papers my Notice period woud be of one months right and not 3 months since my probation ends after 31st.

As per offer letter it's mentioned in probation notice period is of 30 days.

I was planning to decline a job offer at McKinsey and before I could email he called and asked for final decision and I said I cannot join due to a personal reason, which is the case in reality and just mention I was about to drop an email and apologised for the inconvenience.

He called me unprofessional and said you could have informed. I know I am at fault as well as the offer was released on Monday.
