Hi I have 1 year experience in SAP Fico in capgemini and have ctc of 4.25 lakhs. I cleared two technical rounda where deep domain related questions were asked and it seems interview went very well and told I be getting Hr call for further process. Fishes please tell me how much hike should I ask from infosys for Associate consultant : SAP Fico position? I was thinking to ask 100 percent hike ie. 8.5 lakhs. I read on glassdoor the avg salary is 8.5 lakhs. Please help me how much hike should i ask Capgemini

Sadly there is no standard. But two weeks is the absolute minimum you should receive. It goes up the more decent the employers are
As a junior copywriter at a small agency, I was once given half a week. My boss at least petitioned to the CEO to give me another week’s pay haha.
I was given one week for one year of employment. At above shop! Btw, the "standard" is usually that, number of weeks' pay for number of years with the company.,in other industries too. Unless senior level management

2 weeks minimum, 1 week per year after that.
2 weeks seems the baseline from what I have seen, but some places will give you more depending on how long you have been there.

Copywriter 1, that's correct, for some companies. Severance pay is not even a mandatory thing.
It’s also not mandatory. Would be awful form but legally they don’t have to give you anything.
I was laid off from Target in 2014. 6 weeks severance + 1 extra week per year of employment. I was there for a year and balled out on my full corporate salary while living the funemployment life for a month before I decided to get networking and go back to agencies.
Now I was just laid off from an agency, got 2 weeks for 2 years and I was most recently making the same salary as I did client-side 4 years ago.
