What is the alumni referral reward?
Hey Guys,
I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.
Please do suggest on this guys.

Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

Also follow up question, do you think title matters? Does a SC with 2 YOE get preferred in the market over a C with 4 YOE? Some firms I know don’t hit senior until 5 years or so bc of how the work is structured
Rising Star
Totally depends on the firm, but IMO you can’t really be in a senior/management role with just 2 YOE. You don’t truly start understanding an industry or service line that quickly. Again, just my opinion
Depends on the firm and what an SC title actually means.
Fully agreed, but title inflation, at least from what I have seen has been rampant. I always look at yoe and actual project roles, title doesn’t matter unless it’s from a place with a very clear structure and strict rules (eg MBB)
