I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)? What is the bonus structure at your firm? I work at an IP boutique in patent and trademark prosecution. Our billable is 1850, which sounds nice except that patent prosecution is done on fixed fee so you can only bill so many hours per project. Bonus structure is gross salary divided by 1850 times hours over. So ex, $95 hourly x hours over 1850 and then taxed.

Could anyone share some insight as to how high I could reasonably negotiate my signing bonus at PwC? Joining their tech advisory practice as an experienced associate and assuming $80k salary. Also, is that salary on par for one with 6 months of experience and in a LCOL city (think Orlando or Atlanta)?
