Hi,
I have joined ACTI a month back in Kolkata in L9. I wanted to opt for Company Car Lease policy just to save TAX but finding it too complicated.
I had raised queries to payrole and they have replied with a suggestion to think twice before opting for this benifit.
What do you all suggest, who have already opted for it?Accenture

Depends of years of experience and which verrical you are joining..... for Accenture operations ....Fixed should be atleast 35.... At level 7 expectations is very high.... And variable pay will very less in first year....
Manager level 35 to 40 LPA.
Yes. At manager level, you may get however there will be high pressure and responsibilities.
You are already par-level fixed pay for ATCI, so highest you might get around 20-30% of fixed let alone variable.
This is definitely very less compared to Accenture standard
For Accenture (ATCI) with your experience you can easily get 38-40 fixed, asked them for joining bonus as well.
So when you guys are talking about work pressure and responsibilities, which company is better
Accenture or Big4 organizations?
I mean obviously we have to take responsibilities at such a high experience, but then it should not happen that we don't get work balance life at all...
In terms of Fixed component, what amount can Accenture offer?
I am not considering 27% variable in this 🙂
Thank You guys for your replies... 🙂
