I have an MSN with a focus in informatics. Recently got my board certification. 3.5 years experience as a nurse. 8 years total in healthcare. Becoming very frustrated with my organization and the slowness of our analysts in getting anything resolved. Feeling like I’m at a dead end and thinking about switching routes entirely. Just wanting others to share salary and location and maybe give me a little hope that you have a better team where you’re at that actually get things accomplished.

Wish apps like BetterHelp were free. I can’t afford healthcare or therapy (I’m unemployed, and yes, I’ve tried seeking pro bono therapy options — no place anywhere nearby offers it.) I have a contact who is a hiring mgr at a company I want to work for. He told me he has an open role for me and set me up with 6 interviews over a 2 week period. They all went really well and HR said I’ll most likely be moving forward to a site visit. But now my contact has ghosted me. After I made 3 outreaches he had his aa schedule time for two weeks out. Why am I being iced?
