Cloud Collab B'lore - 17 LPA (fixed)
Coforge B'lore - 19 LPA (including 5% variable) + joining bonus.

Could someone please tell him which company out of these 4 have the most benefits and provides a good work life balance and a good work culture?

1YOE medical device NPI Lead looking for salary perspective

Mechanical engineering grad, joined a medical device startup that I had done co-ops at. 8mo into full-time, pivoted from engineering into more of an operations role doing new product introduction (NPI), now with 3 direct reports.

The combination of startup+medical device+NPI seems very unique and I'm struggling to find salary comparables. Currently making 75k but it feels very low given my new responsibility and impact. Any advice?

Now when asking the Y company that i have got an offer of A from X company, they are asking why you are looking for more offers, that is pretty good money.
And what is the guarantee that after taking our offer you will join us only?
You will not go to any other company in the same fashion?
What can be the best answer for this, please provide your inputs here!!
