Does HCL run BGV on UAN?
Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.
Regards,

In my case I have received the offer letter. Then the bgv happens. The bgv is done by EY and they are very particular regarding job gaps. If everything is fine the bgv is completed within 15days. Incase of any complicity it may get extended.
How much are they offering you
BGV takes a week and then they'll connect with you for documents and after another 1 week there will be a call with HR for salary discussion and post discussion they'll send you an email with salary structure , and once you send acceptance they will send offer in couple of days.
once you are cleared with your technical interview, does they share any link to verify only our basic details like name, DOB, and address as per 10th markssheet and your resume. If so how long this process would take for next process
The selection process was completed, and a welcome email was sent, which included a link to the HCL Pre-Offer Documents Submission Page, requesting numerous documents. Subsequently, HR contacted me, stating that they would initiate the offer letter approval process.
However, even after a month, the offer was not initiated. Instead, I received an email to complete the Background Verification (BGV) and was provided with login credentials for the candidate portal. The portal contained a welcome message from the CEO’s office and a link to upload the BGV documents.
I filled in all the required candidate information and uploaded the necessary documents. Concurrently, I inquired with HR about why the BGV process was initiated before receiving an offer letter. The response was unclear, only stating that the approval was pending.
Two weeks later, my references were contacted for verification by EY, and I received confirmation that the BGV was successfully completed. I informed HR and inquired about the status of the offer letter, only to be told that the approval was still pending.
Now, after two and a half months, the status remains unchanged, with no offer letter issued and the approval still pending.
This raises concerns about the time and effort invested in the process when there appears to be no approval for the position.
It is particularly disconcerting that both HR and the hiring team do not honor the welcome message from the CEO’s office.
