Hi, Not pregnant yet but a big time planner. When do you think would be the optimal time to tell my manager about a pregnancy? I’m currently way behind on my targets and my company is undergoing a restructuring. I’m of two minds about it. On one hand, a known pregnancy might “protect” me from being let go but on the other hand, telling them sooner could give them more time to figure out how to let me go ahead of mat leave. Love to get some thoughts on this! Thanks
