I have offer of 20 LPA from Oracle IDC Pune. Project is related to Oracle Primavera Cloud. I had a discussion with the hiring manager and everything sounded good to me.

I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Hi folks I got a call from a UBS recruiter for one of the jobs I had applied for Pune location. Unfortunately, the call got disconnected due to poor network at my end. And she did not call back.
The call was from this generic UBS HR number +65 64958000. I only caught the first name of that recruiter - Pooja/Puja.
Could someone let me know how to get back in touch with them? (I tried searching on LinkedIn but could not find the recruiter)

they may offer you 18-22 lpa, based on your experience as Fixed CTC.
For bonus - 1-2 months salary on an average
Hike - 6-8% on an average or more. It depends on your ratings and company performance.
Apart from CTC and bonus, following benefits will be given
1. Practo for unlimited medical e- consulatations
2. 6 lacs of medical insurance for each family member ( husband + wife + 2 kids)
3. 15K medical cover for OPD through reimbursement ( sublimits are there) .
4. term life insurance
5. Free cab facility ( home pick up and drop)

Max 30. But they wont give it. It all depends on yout current ctc. But you should try and negotiate hard as you wont get any increment for 2 years in ubs
Thats what they do. Ubs lawball candidates based on their current salary. Better you look for other offers.
You can take this offer and then look for better one.
I think, bonus may not be 1-2 salary.. it may be 80k-120k , that's it.

15 days salary for sure. It could be 7-10% of ctc at minimum to go max at 20-25% too. It depends on department.
At AO level, the bonus is approximately 4.5% of your CTC. If you join mid-year, it is going to be pro-rated.
Don't expect much in hike.

Varies by department. Saw 7-8% hike last year and 15-25% bonus this year in one department at AO level.
How much hike and bonus employees get into GOTO department (technology domain) ?
After 2 years also there is no hike…The main issue is they offer lower packages on joining and after 2 yrs also not much hikes .Thats why It is hard to stay at UBS for long…
