How much is the minimum and maximum CTC for AO role in UBS ?

Also, apart from Fixed CTC, what other perks UBS provides ? I also heard that UBS or even any IB don't give much yearly hike and bonuses.

I have an offer to join a startup as an APM. The only downside is that the engineering team is located offshore in India.
