I once asked a colleague at a radio company how much he's paid monthly, and he outright refused to tell me. In fact, he found it very odd that I asked. I later learned that he was making double my salary. I know it's not an employee's job to fix pay inequity by sharing their salary figures, but I'm still of the opinion that it helps uncover pay gaps. But do you think it's wise to do so at the risk of damaging your work environment or the whole thing backfiring on you? Thoughts are welcome.

I am presently working in cognizant with 3 YOE . My current CTC is 6.4 LPA and I am also holding an offer from other company with 11 LPA. Can anyone help me how much CTC I can ask in Oracle while HR discussion.

I got email from LTI "Thank you for applying to LTIMindtree and going through our complete selection process" on 27 Sept but after 1 week I follow up on offer letter she said my approval got rejected due high expectation (35% hike ). I am interviewing for a senior consultant role in Salesforce practice at a big4 firm. What should I expect as a compensation?

Team just applied for a TS Clearance (defense agency). Trying to assess if it makes sense to wait till the clearance comes through (6 months to a year?) before I job hop. I'm hoping to get some clarity on the following:
1. Can my company withdraw or cancel my clearance if I leave right after I secure a TS?
2. In terms of compensation, how much value (% compensation) does a TS clearance have in the DC area? Places I'm considering: AWS, Azure, GCP, Data bricks, Appian etc.
