How much salary is offered at C and SC levels when you move from Deloitte USA to Deloitte India?

I have been interviewing with OW for about 5 months. Started interviews in late December, finished in March and now waiting on an offer. They said they were going to extend but it’s been weeks where they are “finishing up there offer”. Any insights into what’s going on? I’ve let them know I have a competing offer and they all but ghosted me.

Does PWC accepts counter offer easily when produced other offer letter with more CTC?

I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. I got my H1B with employer A, then I filled DS 160 and also paid the fees to book visa appointment. I could did not book a visa date due to covid.
Now I got a new job and my H1B got transferred to employer B. Do I have to fill the DS160 again and pay the fees again OR I can book another appointment without paying the fees again?
