How much time it takes for TCS HR Round for a walkin interview. Is it same day Or after?

Recently interviewed for TCS java developer position at a walkin on 19th June. TR and MR round done. After the MR round, HR told me to leave for that day. Does the HR round happen on the day of walk-in now?If not how much time does it take?
