Hello, I just received an offer with Chase for the Relationship Banker position with the pay rate of 50k yr + commission. Do you think it is a fair pay rate or I can negotiate for more? Also, they just mentioned to me at pre offer step that if I quit or change within the first year or two, I will have to pay for the lincenses' fee. Does anyone know how much would it be for the fee?
