I got an offers from two companies in flat steel products for Pune location.
One company is startup company categories under dealer based on e-commerce
And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form

Which one should i choose? ( work life balance/ stability/sustainability/growth)

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I am working as a Java developer with about 2.2 YOE . My package according to me is too low of 5.1 LPA with 50K variable pay. Any suggestions how much package I can get at this experience level and how to achieve that. I am currently working on servlets and jsp. I am not so good in java core concepts so not sure for which roles I should apply . Is it wise to change stack and this point of time ? (PS: 3 months of notice period also sucks)

Why doesn't the interview panelists inform the candidates if they've cleared the interview or not ?

Whenever I'm taking interviews, I clearly tell the candidates at the end if they should work hard and come back (Rejected) or if they've done well (Selected)

I've been on the other side of the fence and it sucks to get ghosted by recruiters.
