I got an offer from BOSCH and I am happy with the package(CTC 21 LPA) and domain(automotive) as well - C++ & ADAS
This is the only offer I have and I'm left with 35 days of notice period.
Should I shop for others offers ?

Does Bosch revoke offer letters and did anyone face any issues with Bosch. Please help me understand

I had a good feedback, promotion also supported but the green dot of scatter plot is down ..i was expecting upward
My manager told me that this year bel curve is reintroduced and due certain process change in scatter plot , difference is expected( its mentioned in mail also) but she has assured that everything is fine and promotion is also supported but due to bellcurve, normalization has taken place .rest they have given good feedback..any comments/suggestion?
