Hi! Looking to see what the average salary range is for a Workman’s Comp Adjuster with one year of current experience, in the northeastern NJ area. I feel as though I’ve brought value to the company, eagerly take on side projects and additional work if requested, but also feel underpaid.

Anyone have advice for advancing in your current role? My co-worker was hired in at manager level but somehow “proved” he was actually doing director level work and got a title promotion and salary increase in less than a year. I also went above and beyond my job as well (covering for him for a month while he was away on paternity leave) while taking on other projects outside of my job title and got zip—no raise or recognition. Any advice would be appreciated!

With 13.5 Lpa currently i’m at 12 and made switch on march.
Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?

My LWD is 18th July and I chose vendor pickup for my assets(expected pickup is 10th July).
Is there any limitation or chances of facing issues on Not having laptop with me(for other exit clearances).

I had asked my manager for SSE position at Canada and its a intra company transfer.

Tech Stack : python(django/flask), JS (react, emberjs), good hands on in AWS, Azure, terraform, ansible, githubCI, shell script etc, DB(MYSQL, ES, postgres, mongo), and custom toolings made internally.

My current CTC is 16.5 LPA (India) with 4+ YOE, product based.
