Larsen & Toubro Infotech Hello Fishes,
Need few valuable suggestions on below situation.
One guy A joined as a fresher in Wipro for 3.5LPA(been 3 months around, no project allocated yet),
And then an offer was in pipeline with Y and finally received an offer with 5LPA and the role is related to cyber security.
Note: pf account is already created by wipro and Y is a good mnc though Any suggestions on how to handle this situation?

Usually annually you get a minor raise and a bonus, but if you're aiming for one, up your work, track it, and bring it up for salary review as in I did this and that which equaled business value increase of XYZ, ergo I feel am deserving of a raise. If you're very good with numbers and have access to salary info, you could even throw out potential numbers. Be aware though, once you do this, any "extra work" that you did to get the raise is now standard work and adjust your expectations accordingly. Good luck!
