If you’re talking FETs, I had my failed FET in July, and was able to do my second (successful) FET in September. It’s all about making sure you get your period, and then taking the next cycle of meds to prepare your body for a transfer.
No, I mean if you just want to transfer the embryo, so the drugs you take to make sure your body is maximally receptive to take on an embryo and have it survive. For me, it was other shots.
If you’re going back through another round of egg retrieval, I don’t have experience doing that back-to-back, so I am not sure about the time in between.
I did 2 back to back cycles to bank more embryos.
Same. Just did 2 back to back stims and now moving into a transfer.
Are you asking how soon after the stim can you do an embryo transfer? Or how soon after a failed embryo transfer can you do another?
At least at my practice, you need to wait to get you period (up to ~2 weeks post failed pregnancy test) + 3 weeks of injections to prepare lining before transfer. (But they move dates and can extend the time by starting you on birth control if they need to manipulate the dates a bit.)
