Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Stop thinking about it. I have lived two years of my life in that fire where someone use to earn more than me. Not 1-2 lacs, more like 15 lacs. Same work, and she is dumb in many places.
But, guess what? I made peace with it. Everyone has their own journey and luck. Stop thinking about it. You're gonna waste your time and peace.
Just up skill yourself and that's all. Best wishes.
I know and I can understand, been there. But, I am at peace now. Things doesn't affect me anymore.
It will take time, if it's too much, just change the team, that's what I did.
Nobody stopping you to prove your mettle. Go in Market & crack an better offer than your less deserving subordinate. Even I think myself better than US President

@Consultant maybe the less talented people know how to sell their skills better than you which is why they're paid better
No need to deal, just do your part, get hike or switch.
It really bogs me down because it feels all I am doing is going in vain ! And I belittle myself

Just remember there are other people who might be envying your salary also. We like to believe everything is under our control if we can just work hard enough. But truth is everything here is random.

Happening with me... For same tech same role same YOE..
I am doing more work but getting half salary...
So just don't say ... Just act . . Skill up little and switch..
I resigned bcoz according to my YOE I was underpaid...

That's the reason we should not ask anyone's salary.
Or if you want to feel good and look below who are much better than you and earning very less than you.
There is absolutely no point in you getting panicked after seeing someone else is getting paid more than you irrespective of the fact that they are talented or not. You can never influence anyone to have a pay cut for others.
You check with your supervisor about getting a hike or promotion for you, try to sort it out there or find a job elsewhere. There are umpteen companies outside looking for talented people
So if that person was earning less than you or u didn't know his/her CTC then u would be going about normal right??
If yes....Then you will never be happy...cuz u ll always compare with others. It's just unnecessary jealousy.

But human in me sometimes just don’t know how to deal with it. Everything seems unfair
This happens when u stay with one organization for long.. the only solution is to leave the comfort zone and switch..
I am not talking about colleagues here but people in general. I know people in my circle like that so it’s not a tenure issue

Meditate and stop caring. You will be stuck in a never ending loop of being unsatisfied. There will always be someone "non deserving" getting paid more. Focus on your work and yourself.
How do i stop caring… i do my work and everything but people never fail to put it in your face that they earn more than you … and it bothers me

Younger and less skilled than me !
Something they would have done better than you which is why getting paid more than you..may be better in presenting what they are doing.. may be better in interview or better in making connections.. Hard to digest but yeah.. !
