Hr confirmed for 26 LPA CTC but after couple of days told that max budget for this role is 21 LPA.

CCTC - 18.3 LPA, YOE - 7.4, Tech - QA automation.

Please suggest if I should accept this offer. They don't have issues with 90days NP.

Hi I'm looking for an advice. I have 3yrs of experience in IT and I see all my peers quitting and going for higher studies. Should I do it too I'm from a BTech background. I don't think I can afford to finance my higher studies without a loan. This is why I have been having second thoughts about it. I don't really want to be in a debt trap myself.
