Just check for internal job openings in mobility portal, if you have completed atleast 18 months in the organisation.

For internal mobility in any big 4 it has to be pull and push model - both sides. Unless both partners on both sides reach firm agreement this wont happen. Partners in India hardly have relationship beyond Indian borders so forget this transfer. If its toxic - make a move into another team or plan your exit.
Entire organization’s culture in general is toxic

Reason for that toxicity could be lack of awareness and empathy as ppl grow into senior roles. They tend to treat juniors just like they were treated in past. This is a disease across big 4 in India.
