I need an advice/suggestion here. I got an offer from 2 different organisations and choose one among them (Role: Analyst) because of the culture and benefits. And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took. There’s been some turnover over the last six months at my firm, and I have taken over more files. I’m having a hard time getting ahead of briefing schedules and have been asking for extensions on a lot of recent briefs. In my practice area it’s never really an issue or objected to.
