How well do balance dating / spending time with your partner with the time commitments of the job? I generally do pretty well at shutting things down when I need to but sometimes there are too many “urgent” things going on.

I do as well as I can. When things are hectic, my girlfriend understands I'm going to have to work late and we won't get as much time together. When they slow down, I try to make up for that with more date nights and quality time together.

Its hard honestly but we make the time. We always plan ahead and have out date nights planned and on the calendar so we have dedicated time to spend with each other and then we also see each other outside of that whenever we can. We sneak in lunch dates, coffee, anything we can.

Just took FAR for the fourth time today 😂 LOTS of not for profit questions and even sims were not for profit!!!!! Definitely more than 5-15% Becker said!!! I got like 60% was based on NFP!
