Hi All, I heard from one of the recruiters that its very very difficult to get interviews if you have a notice period of 3 months. Should i put my papers and then search for a job or should i search for a job while I continue to work with my current employer? Any suggestions are welcome.

I am currently working as a Project Lead/Manager for a health care firm and wanna pivot towards TPM roles at tech firms. Need some inputs from current TPM’s on how their day to day work looks like? What the role as a TPM looks like? What are the challenges? etc… I am preparing myself to get into this role by trying to connect with TPM’s via LinkedIn, looking into posts/YouTube videos for interviews etc. Also applying for the roles simultaneously. Looking for some guidance/help..

I am benchmarking referral bonuses across professional services firms- particularly in management consulting. Can you please share if your org does this and if so how much and the criteria? I’ll start- we do 1k for a referral that results in an accepted offer and start with the firm.
I will be graduating this Fall, currently interning for TI as a Product Marketing Engineer; I will most likely accept an offer for their Technical Sales Representative 9month rotation program. The pay seems great ($113k base&bonus + 115% - 250% Payout) after finishing the rotation program. I enjoy the Sales Engineer role and think TI is a great company. Is it worth it to still apply to other companies this Fall recruiting season? (I want to be in San Francisco and possibly NYC.)

Is it worth it to get a professional certification like SHRM/PHR? Not many of my colleagues have one and it’s not a requirement for my role, but I’m curious if it’s worth it in the long run
Career question. I want to eventually get to be Director or VP Strategy at a F500, and most of these roles say they require a M7 MBA. I currently have 3 YOE and have the opportunity to exit at the manager level in strategy. Will not having a MBA gate keep these senior levels from me?
What’s the cheapest/most efficient way to buy on BSC via Dex considering no existing crypto holdings. Should you buy a stable coin first on a centralized exchange like Coinbase, then transfer to a wallet, and then use that wallet to trade on BSC dex? I imagine the transfer from Coinbase to the wallet would cost $$$
Now that we’ve been in this wfh situation a couple months, does anyone have tips or tricks for times they are feeling less motivated or productive? I just want to hear the explanation for why staff who started during COVID are doing so badly on average (and I have heard this from every level including staff themselves) from the pro 100 percent work from home people. If you agree it’s real, what is your solution? If it can’t be fixed, are we just accepting that the people we expect to backfill our positions aren’t going to be ready?
