How’s 200K SGD for strategy and operations in singapore?

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Is it a red flag for them to not share this? His total comp could be less at this new job…

Current CTC: 7.7 lpa
Offered in company A: 12.30 lpa(all fixed) no probation period
Offered in company B: 11.70 lpa (9% fixed variable every six month) 6 months probation

I found out B's appraisal are slightly better than A's
Confused which should I join ?

Both companies are similar in nature

After over a month of not hearing anything from recruiter since final on-site round, finally was informed that teams are still waiting to make decision about moving candidates to HC. In the meantime, they’ve offered me another opportunity on another team (would go directly to final on-site round with HM) while we wait for an update regarding the other role. For H1B transfers to Google, typically what is the set start date after you receive written offer?

Currently going through the hiring process for a role in San Francisco. They told me the starting base was $110K, but this sounds like pennies in a city like San Francisco! I am concerned that if I make it through I’ll basically be poor in such an expensive city, not to mention the taxes. I also have a baby so child care I am sure is expensive. Not sure if it would make sense. Advice?
