I am expecting an offer going from client coordinator to clinical qa manager. I am struggling to find a market value for this position. This is on Long Island. When looking up qa manager positions I am coming up with 125k-160k, but this would be my first management role and I only make 50k currently. Client involved in MVA, can’t drive for Uber or Lyft for 2.5-3 weeks, vehicle owned by Client, so rental only given in his name, 3P suggesting Client cant claim LWs because his wife should’ve illegally taken the rental to work and/or he shouldve driven her to work and then used her car to work for those 2.5-3 weeks, thoughts? He couldn't have used the rental either and his account was suspended under his vehicle. Also, Client purchased new vehicle sooner to RTW sooner as parts were backordered.

I just started in-house for the first time, as a first in house (IP) attorney in the US. I’m new to the role and the company is new to having an attorney. Please recommend where I can learn about in house best practices? For example, I’d like to set up proper communication processes to maintain attorney client privilege whenever possible, and other new processes to mitigate basic legal risks. I am having an offer from a company for an senior software support profile with 15 fixed+1. My future aspirations are Devops. I have also received a counter from TCS for 12 CTC. Should I join on senior support role and then switch for Devops after preparation or should I stay back in TCS for some time and switch after preparation? In TCS my designation is system engi.
