I interviewed at SF a year ago and met some of the sweetest people. Ended up turning down the job and regret it
They offered 80 for a contract role and I was making 90 at D as a full time employee
Been here for a couple of months. It’s a lot like consulting where you have to build your network and build your brand. The culture for me is better because I don’t have someone always hovering over my back and I get a lot of autonomy. The WLB is nice as well. It’s solution engineering so a lot different than implementation.
I really like it but it’s not everyone I guess. As far as companies go it’s pretty solid, most places have truly terrible cultures.
It does get a bit ‘koolaid-y’ but I like working at a place people are happy to be at. It’s very collaborative and fast paced and tends to be network driven, not unlike consulting. In general work life balance is great, we have monthly wellness days (ie days off) and quarterly asynchronous weeks with no meetings (don’t think sales is included in that though)

Hmm I don’t think so since they’re so customer facing, but I do know certain orgs / leaders in that group have started doing a rotation of days off within their teams. So it probably depends
