Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

What is CBO TTH drive recruitment in TCS?
Hi Fishes, I cleared technical and MCQ round at Accenture. And got a mail stating i have been selected for HR round. Later the same day a hr called and asked me to upload all documents and asked my expected CTC and stuff. Earlier in portal it was showing interviewing , now it shows review or pending and has a message ' we regret to inform that you experience does not align with req, we will contact if anything comes up' , what does this mean. How can they put something like this?

The job market still seems to be stuck in the mud, for whatever reasons. It's like companies don't know whether to move forward and hire people or just keep spinning their wheels. Don't be too hard on yourself, it's the situation all over, really.
Thanks for the support! I’ll keep pushing
Yeah, You are not alone and I don't really understand what's going on right now. I've been interviewing for 6 months. Lots of applications, some more serious than others, and then the average hiring process is 4-6 interviews plus a take-home challenge that you have to present in front of a panel, often including the founder, if it's for a start-up.
I mean, what the hell! 3 years ago you would flirt with a recruiter for a bit, pass 2 or 3 interviews and you were onboard. Now it feels like the Pope needs to give his blessing to get an offer.
Hard to keep confidence high with so much time wasted on those presentations just to be rejected again. The other day I had to prepare 6 different challenges for one of them and present them and defend them in 1 hour! Why the hell would you give candidates 6 challenges! I'm applying for pretty senior positions, not junior roles, I've got the experience to prove what my resume says.
One thing I have observe that really puzzles me is that after going through the whole hiring process until the end and being rejected ("sorry we decided to go ahead with another candidate that aligns better with blah blah blah"), I have been following those companies on LinkedIn and I don't see any PMM joining. It's like they didn't fulfil the role anyway. What the hell is going on? Why would they waste my time and their own leadership team's time interviewing for nothing?
Stay strong and keep pushing! Something will eventually come up.
They just want to get ideas from the candidates and use the ideas for their development by their own team.
Sorry to hear about that, I feel the same thing with you
It's definitely tough, not gonna lie. My husband has been looking for a long time (he's in product marketing and got laid off in March). He's had a couple interview rounds but always gotten passed up by someone with more experience. I keep telling him to reach out to people because I do htink internal references are where it's at right now
I’ve leveraging my network and have solid brands on my resume … I thought I’d be a catch. I just don’t get it
Hiring managers are dragging their feet and complaining there’s “too many candidates” to choose from 🙄 it’s not your fault
I liked it better when it was a job seeker’s market. Bring back those days
